SHIPPING
Packages are sent on business days via Australia Post and priced in accordance with the delivery options selected by you during the ordering process.
Orders with a delivery address in an Australian capital city will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days. For regional areas delivery may take up to 7 working days. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons over Easter and Christmas.
We are happy to provide internation shipping on all our items. Please email us with the shipping destination and order request to info@tivoliroad.com.au so we can provide a quote for you.
You can select to pick up all items at no charge from Tivoli Road Bakery.
Tivoli Road Bakery does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery. If there is a time delay due to unexpected circumstances you will be contacted at the first opportunity. We discourage packages to be left at the delivery address when no one is there, however it is ultimately at the discretion of Australia Post and out of our control.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you, only prior to processing. Please contact us by phone or email as a matter of urgency if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has been processed and / or shipped, the cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility.
If good received are found to be damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund subject to conditions:

• Notice that goods are damaged or faulty must be made no later than 48 hours after delivery
• Damaged goods must be returned to Tivoli Road Bakery no later than three days from delivery and must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging

We strive to ensure that goods are delivered to you in the condition that they were dispatched in, however we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Our products are available to purchase for customers in Australia and around the world. Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Your order will be processed within two working days of receipt of payment. We will contact you by phone or email if any further information or clarification is required.
When you order from us, you will be required to provide your name and address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details and credit card information. A third party supplier processes payment and we do not access or store your credit card details at any stage.

PRIVACY
Tivoli Road Bakery is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to any third parties. Any information provided is held with the utmost care and security however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for it’s misuse due to error in transmission or virus.
